Don Andrews grew up in upstate New York, spending a lot of time in the Adirondack Mountains. It was here that he became interested in photography.

While pursuing his dream of the outdoors, Don eventually moved to the Pacific Northwest.  Many of the photographs on this site are a result of his frequent hiking, backpacking, skiing and mountaineering adventures.
